Weight Watchers Lunch

I ate lunch with Fancy today. It's a weekly date we keep. Here's what I brought:


In the large compartment, I layered 1/2 cup fat-free refried black beans, 1/4 cup salsa, 1/4 cup chopped onions; 1/2 cup corn; and 1/3 cup 2% cheese. I toasted a Bagel Thin and sliced it into fourths for dipping. I cut up 14 baby carrots and 1 cup purple grapes.

  3. I love it that you have a weekly lunch date with Fancy. What a fun bonding thing to do! I imagine it makes her feel pretty special, too.

    Thanks for going that extra mile and sharing your WW lunches with us, by the way. I tend to get stuck in a sandwich and carrot stick rut.
